Where do we ship from?
Orders are sold by THEARTZZY LTD, trading as OhBookmark, and fulfilled from China.
All orders are shipped from our main fulfillment center in China. We work with trusted international carrier partners (Yanwen, USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, and others) to ensure smooth and secure delivery.
How much is shipping?
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $18 or more.
- Orders under $18: a small shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
Customs duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country or carrier. Where applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Contact us before ordering if you need help.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, average delivery times are:
- 6–10 business days → United States, United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan
- 8–12 business days → Canada, Mexico, Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.), South Africa
- 13–16 business days → Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda
- 19–21 business days → Chile, Colombia
- 15–20 business days → Other countries worldwide
Note: These are typical timeframes based on past orders. Some packages may arrive sooner; occasional delays can occur due to customs or local couriers.
Order tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.

Delays, damage, or lost packages
- If your order is delayed beyond 30 days, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
- If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
