Where do we ship from?

Orders are sold by THEARTZZY LTD, trading as OhBookmark, and fulfilled from China.

All orders are shipped from our main fulfillment center in China. We work with trusted international carrier partners (Yanwen, USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, and others) to ensure smooth and secure delivery.

How much is shipping?

  • United States: Free standard shipping on orders of US$25 or more; US$4.99 below US$25.
  • United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on orders of US$29 or more; US$4.99 below US$29.
  • European Union destinations we serve: Free standard shipping on orders of US$39 or more; US$6.99 below US$39.
  • Other available destinations: Free standard shipping on orders of US$25 or more; US$4.99 below US$25.

Free-shipping thresholds apply to the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. All amounts above are in US dollars. If you shop in another currency, the applicable shipping charge is displayed in your checkout currency before payment. Your delivery address determines the shipping rate.

Our EU destinations are Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. Delivery is available only to destinations offered at checkout.

Customs duties and taxes

European Union and United Kingdom: For deliveries to the United Kingdom and the EU destinations we serve, OhBookmark covers applicable import VAT, customs duties, and standard customs clearance charges. These are not additional charges for you to pay on delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected import payment, please contact hello@ohbookmark.com before paying so we can help.

Other destinations: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country or carrier. Where applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Contact us before ordering if you need help.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, average delivery times are:

  • 6–10 business days → United States, United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan
  • 8–12 business days → Canada, Mexico, Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.), South Africa
  • 13–16 business days → Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda
  • 19–21 business days → Chile, Colombia
  • 15–20 business days → Other countries worldwide

Note: These are typical timeframes based on past orders. Some packages may arrive sooner; occasional delays can occur due to customs or local couriers.

Order tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.

Delays, damage, or lost packages

  • If your order is delayed beyond 30 days, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
  • If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
