Refund policy

Returns We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date the last item of your order is delivered to request a return. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return You can start a return directly from your order confirmation page or account page using our self-serve return portal. Simply locate your order and select "Request a Return." Once submitted, we will review your request and provide further instructions via email, including where to send your item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Approved return address only: Send returns only to the address provided in our approval email. Our registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ does not accept returns.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Please ensure your item is securely packaged before sending it back.

Restocking & Handling Fees We do not charge any restocking or handling fees on returns.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ohbookmark.com. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our return policy above.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@ohbookmark.com.
